Most notably, Leroy served as a Vice President at a Swiss private bank, managing multi-million-dollar initiatives and advising CEOs and COOs across Asia Pacific - environments where executive presence isn’t optional, it’s the difference between being heard… or being overlooked.

His leadership also spans complex, high-stakes domains including anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing, where he led cross-functional teams of project managers, developers, and testers to build high-performing solutions - requiring precision, trust, and steady communication in pressure-filled environments.
