Human Development Training is a commercial brand operated by Connecting Humans Inc, a legal entity organized under the laws of Ontario, Canada (“Connecting Humans Inc.”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect personal information when you access or use our website hosted on Wix, register for or participate in coaching, training, mentoring, or educational services, attend live or recorded sessions, or otherwise interact with services offered under the Human Development Training brand.

The services offered under the Human Development Training brand consist of coaching, training, mentoring, and educational services.

These services:

  • Do not constitute therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, medical treatment, mental health care, or legal advice

  • Do not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any medical or psychological condition

  • Do not create a legally privileged or confidential relationship comparable to medical or legal professions

Users remain solely responsible for their decisions, actions, and outcomes arising from participation in the services.

Payments made through our website are processed securely by Stripe, a third-party payment platform.

  • We do not store or process full credit card numbers

  • Stripe processes payment information independently in accordance with its own privacy and security practices

  • We receive limited transaction-related information (e.g., confirmation, billing details, payment status)

Stripe acts as an independent data controller for payment processing.

 

4.3 Live Sessions, Recordings & Transcripts

When you participate in live or recorded sessions (e.g., via Zoom or similar platforms), we may process:

  • Audio, video, and chat communications

  • Attendance and session metadata

  • Recordings of sessions where enabled

  • Transcripts generated automatically (AI-based) or manually

Participation in recorded sessions is voluntary. Where required by law, notice of recording is provided.

 

4.4 Notes & Voluntary Disclosures

As part of training, coaching or mentoring services, we may process:

  • Notes taken by the Coach, Trainer, or Facilitator

  • Exercises, reflections, or responses voluntarily shared by users

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data. Any personal or sensitive information disclosed during sessions is shared voluntarily and at the user’s discretion.

4.5 Website & Technical Information (Wix)

Our website is hosted on Wix, which automatically collects certain technical data, including:

  • IP address

  • Browser and device information

  • Pages visited and interaction data

  • Referring URLs

Once records are shared with a user, any subsequent use, disclosure, or misuse is the user’s responsibility, and Connecting Humans Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from such use.

  • Request deletion or restriction
