His mission is simple and deeply human: to care for those who care — leaders, professionals, and teams navigating complexity, responsibility, and pressure without formal authority. He believes that everyone has influence potential - not through force, but through clarity, trust, emotional intelligence, and the courage to engage others with respect. With the right mindset, structure, and heart intelligence, impact becomes possible from any role.

Leroy’s understanding of influence was forged in environments where results depended on persuasion, trust, and credibility - not job titles. He climbed the corporate ladder in Singapore and across Asia, rising from Analyst to Vice President by the age of 30, an exceptional trajectory built on performance, stakeholder alignment, and cross-cultural leadership.


Over more than two decades, he has:

  • Worked across 3 continents and 14+ countries in Asia, Europe, and North America

  • Led and advised teams within Global Fortune 500 organizations, financial institutions, and large-scale transformation programs

  • Supported CEOs, COOs, and senior executives during high-stakes initiatives where influence without authority was a daily reality

  • Served as Vice President at a Swiss Private Bank, managing multi-million-dollar programs and navigating complex stakeholder ecosystems across Asia-Pacific


More recently, Leroy has supported government organizations and Crown Corporations in Canada, where influence, alignment, and psychological safety are essential - and authority alone is never enough.


This breadth of experience allows him to teach influence not as theory, but as a survival and leadership skill in real organizational life.
