Most notably, he served as Vice President at a Swiss Private Bank, managing multi-million-dollar initiatives and supporting CEOs and COOs across Asia Pacific. He led complex programs in highly regulated contexts (including anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing solutions), building high-performing cross-functional teams of project managers, developers, and testers - where coaching for clarity, accountability, and execution was not optional. It was leadership.
