Before You Scroll

Do feedback conversations feel heavier than they should?

  • Do people nod politely - but little actually changes afterward?

  • Do you delay feedback because you don’t want to trigger defensiveness?

  • Have you been told your feedback is “too vague” or “too direct”?

  • Do performance issues resurface even after multiple conversations?

  • Do you feel responsible for fixing problems instead of developing people?

  • Under pressure, do you default to advice… or avoid the conversation altogether?

If even one of these resonates: You’re not bad at feedback. You’re missing a structure that makes feedback safe, useful, and future-focused. This course helps you shift feedback from a moment of tension into a moment of learning - so performance improves without damaging trust.

Because when feedback works, everything accelerates.

TL;DR (Too Long; Didn't Read)

Mastering the Feedback Superpower is a highly practical, interactive online course designed to help leaders and professionals turn feedback into a tool for growth, trust, and performance. Delivered over two weeks, the program blends neuroscience, coaching, negotiation, and real-world communication frameworks to help participants reduce defensiveness, build accountability, and integrate feedback into daily work. Through simulations, case studies, and actionable tools, participants walk away with skills they can apply immediately - with individuals, teams, and across culture.

Course Overview

Feedback isn’t rocket science - it’s harder.

In today’s fast-moving workplaces, the ability to guide future action through feedback is a core leadership skill, not a “nice-to-have.” Yet research shows that nearly 40% of feedback actually makes performance worse.

This course helps you flip that equation.

You’ll learn how to move from pushing advice to pulling insight, manage emotional and identity triggers, and create psychological safety so people actually hear - and act on - what you’re saying.

💡 Less defensiveness. More ownership. Better results.

Why This Course?

🚀 Drive Real Performance – Organizations with strong feedback cultures outperform peers financially.

🤝 Retain Top Talent – The absence of meaningful feedback is the #1 reason high performers disengage or leave.

🧠 Reduce Emotional Reactivity – Understanding feedback triggers lowers defensiveness and stress.

🏆 Strengthen Leadership Credibility – The best leaders don’t avoid feedback - they make it safe and useful.

This course moves feedback from awkward obligation to strategic advantage.

A Leader Who Has Made Feedback Safer

Some people teach feedback. Leroy has lived the consequences of getting it right - and the cost of getting it wrong.

From executive boardrooms to large-scale transformation programs, he has spent nearly two decades coaching leaders and teams through high-stakes moments where clarity, trust, and performance had to move forward together.

Known for his authenticity, humor, contagious energy, kindness, and deep empathy, Leroy brings a rare blend of cognitive intelligence and heart intelligence to every learning experience. His mission is simple and powerful: to care for those who care - the leaders, professionals, and teams carrying responsibility in complex environments. He believes everyone has talent, and that with the right structure, self-awareness, and practical tools, people can do far more than they think is possible. He’s also the kind of instructor who goes the extra mile - always focused on value, impact, and real-world change for his students.

In Mastering the Feedback Superpower, that matters - because feedback isn’t about “saying it better.” It’s about helping people hear it, own it, and act on it.

Global Leadership Experience - Performance Where It Actually Matters

Leroy’s leadership story spans three continents and 14+ countries, working across cultures, industries, and high-pressure environments where feedback wasn’t theoretical - it was operational.

He climbed the corporate ladder in Singapore and Asia from Analyst to Vice President by age 30, later serving as a Vice President at a Swiss Private Bank, managing multi-million-dollar initiatives and advising senior leaders across Asia Pacific. He led complex transformation portfolios - including anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing solutions - where performance, accountability, and trust had real consequences.

More recently, he has supported leaders and teams across:

  • Global Fortune 500 organizations

  • Financial services and large-scale transformations

  • Federal and provincial government and Crown Corporations in Canada

He’s worked with teams across North America, Europe, and Asia - navigating the real-world friction points of feedback: hierarchy, culture, identity, psychological safety, and power dynamics.

This global exposure gives him a sharp ability to help leaders deliver feedback that works across personalities, roles, and diverse teams - without losing humanity.

  • Certified Psychological Health & Safety Advisor - CMHA

  • Former Fellow at the Institute of Coaching, McLean Hospital (affiliated with Harvard Medical School)

Teaching Style - Human, Grounded, and Deeply Practical

Leroy’s sessions are known for being:

  • Clear without being rigid

  • Direct without being harsh

  • Human without being fluffy

He creates learning environments where people feel safe to practice — because feedback is not mastered by reading slides. It’s mastered through real conversations, reflective self-awareness, and repeatable structures you can use under pressure.

Participants often describe his style as energizing and deeply practical - blending empathy with action, and ensuring every tool translates into real workplace outcomes. He teaches with a lightness that makes hard topics feel workable - without minimizing the stakes.

And his story adds something rare: perspective.

Leroy immigrated to Canada with his family eight years ago with no job, no network, and only their suitcases and hope - rebuilding from zero and going on to create a thriving professional development business trusted by governments and organizations across 35+ countries in the Americas and 40+ in Europe. He understands identity shifts, high-stakes decisions, and the courage it takes to have conversations that change outcomes - because he has lived them.

🎯 Why He’s the Right Instructor for This Course

In Mastering the Feedback Superpower, you’re not just learning “what to say.” You’re learning how to lead growth conversations in a way that people can actually receive.

Leroy is uniquely equipped to teach this because he combines:

  • Negotiation and mediation mastery (so feedback stays constructive, not combative)

  • Coaching expertise (so development becomes shared ownership, not managerial pressure)

  • Psychological safety leadership (so people can hear truth without spiraling into defensiveness)

  • Real transformation experience (so feedback translates into execution and performance)

If you want a feedback style that builds trust, increases performance, and strengthens relationships - while still holding a high bar - you’ll be learning from a guide who has done it when the stakes were real.
