Most notably, Leroy served as Vice President at a Swiss Private Bank, managing multi-million-dollar initiatives and supporting CEOs and COOs across Asia Pacific. In high-stakes domains like anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing, he led cross-functional teams of project managers, developers, and testers to build high-performing solutions — where clarity, accountability, and execution discipline had to be airtight.
And he’s lived leadership on a personal level too: leaving France young with one suitcase to start his career abroad, later immigrating to Canada with his family with no job, no network, and no safety net - then building a thriving professional development company that now supports organizations across 35+ countries in the Americas and 40+ in Europe.
