Leroy’s credibility comes from having led in environments where delegation and accountability weren’t “soft skills” - they were the difference between trust and failure, speed and stagnation, safety and risk.

He climbed the corporate ladder in Singapore and across Asia from Analyst to Vice President by age 30, working across three continents and 14+ countries in Asia, Europe, and North America. He has led and coached teams inside Global Fortune 500 organizations, complex transformations, and more recently Canadian Government and Crown Corporations.

Most notably, Leroy served as Vice President at a Swiss Private Bank, managing multi-million-dollar initiatives and supporting CEOs and COOs across Asia Pacific. In high-stakes domains like anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing, he led cross-functional teams of project managers, developers, and testers to build high-performing solutions — where clarity, accountability, and execution discipline had to be airtight.

And he’s lived leadership on a personal level too: leaving France young with one suitcase to start his career abroad, later immigrating to Canada with his family with no job, no network, and no safety net - then building a thriving professional development company that now supports organizations across 35+ countries in the Americas and 40+ in Europe.
