Before You Scroll

Do cross-cultural interactions sometimes feel harder than they should?

  • Do well-intended messages get misunderstood across cultures?

  • Do global meetings feel polite - but ineffective or tense?

  • Have you hesitated to speak up for fear of offending someone?

  • Do inclusion efforts feel important but hard to translate into daily behavior?

  • Do cultural differences slow decisions, trust, or collaboration?

If even one of these resonates: You don’t lack respect, empathy, or intelligence. You’re missing a clear framework for navigating invisible cultural boundaries. This course gives you a structured, human-centered approach to communicate across cultures with confidence - without losing who you are.

Because inclusion isn’t accidental. It’s practiced.

TL;DR (Too Long; Didn't Read)

Bridging the Global Divide is a highly practical, immersive online course designed for professionals working across cultures and identities. Delivered over two weeks, it blends cultural intelligence, inclusive leadership, and mindful communication frameworks to help participants adapt across global contexts, minimize bias, and foster genuine belonging. Through case studies, mapping exercises, and real-world simulations, learners gain tools they can apply immediately - locally and globally.

Course Overview

In today’s global network, success no longer depends on what you know - it depends on how well you adapt across cultural realities.

This course moves you beyond surface-level cultural awareness into Global Dexterity: the ability to adjust your behavior in different cultural environments without compromising your identity. You’ll learn how to decode unspoken norms, navigate inclusive conversations with confidence, and prevent misunderstandings before they escalate - building equity, trust, and belonging across diverse teams.

💡 Adapt mindfully. Communicate inclusively. Lead globally.

Why This Course?

🌍 Avoid Costly Misunderstandings – Cultural blind spots quietly erode trust, engagement, and performance.

🤝 Build Belonging Without Erasing Difference – Learn to “Inclusify”: uniqueness and belonging.

🧭 Master the 4Rs – Recognition, Respect, Reconciliation, Realization - turning difference into advantage.

🚀 Future-Proof Your Leadership – Trust-building across cultures is now a core leadership capability.

This course goes beyond awareness - it builds behavioral adaptability.

A Global Leader Who Builds Belonging - When Culture Is the Real Work

Some people teach communication. Leroy teaches what happens when communication crosses borders, identities, power dynamics, and real business stakes - because he’s lived it.

Global Leadership Experience - Change Where It Actually Matters

Leroy is a Canadian-French executive leader, coach, and multi-entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience leading transformation, coaching leaders, and building high-performing teams across 3 continents and 14+ countries throughout Asia, Europe, and North America.

He climbed the corporate ladder in Singapore and Asia from Analyst to Vice President by age 30, a rare trajectory shaped by one thing: the ability to navigate human complexity under pressure - across cultures, languages, and leadership styles.

His leadership has spanned:

  • Global Fortune 500 organizations and complex enterprise environments

  • Financial services, multi-million-dollar transformations, and executive advisory

  • Government and Crown Corporations in Canada, where trust, inclusion, and stakeholder alignment are mission-critical

Most notably, Leroy served as Vice President at a Swiss Private Bank, leading multi-million-dollar initiatives while supporting CEOs and COOs across Asia Pacific. In high-stakes environments like anti–money laundering and counter-terrorism financing, he built and led diverse teams of project managers, developers, and testers - where misalignment wasn’t a misunderstanding… it was a risk.

And culturally? He’s worked shoulder-to-shoulder with colleagues and leaders from the U.S., Canada, France, Germany, Spain, China, Japan, India, Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and more - learning firsthand that culture isn’t a “nice-to-have.” It’s the operating system.

Elite Education, Certifications & Change Mastery

Leroy’s credibility is built on both lived experience and deep academic rigor.

He holds two Master’s degrees in Commerce and International Business (with jury distinction) and has completed multiple executive programs at Harvard - bringing world-class strategy, negotiation, leadership, and decision-making into practical tools people can actually use.

✅ Harvard Business School Executive Program – Driving Organizational Agility

✅ Harvard University Executive Program – Leadership Excellence in Strategy & Innovation(Strategy, AI for leaders, disruptive innovation, negotiation, behavioural economics, emotional intelligence)

✅ Harvard Law School – Negotiation & Mediation (Program on Negotiation, two semesters)

He also brings elite practitioner credentials across coaching, change, agility, and psychological safety - critical foundations for inclusive communication:

✅ Professional Certified Coach (PCC)

✅ Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner (ADKAR)

✅ PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®)

✅ CSP-SM / CSP-PO + Advanced Scrum certifications (A-CSM, A-CSPO, CSM, CSPO)

✅ Certified Psychological Health & Safety Advisor (CMHA)

✅ Workplace Mental Health Leadership (Queen’s University)

✅ Neuro-Linguistic Programming Business Practitioner

✅ Lean Practitioner

He’s also held Fellowship status at the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital (Harvard Medical School affiliate) - a reflection of his commitment to evidence-based human development.

Teaching Style - Human, Grounded, and Deeply Practical

What makes Leroy different isn’t just knowledge - it’s how he shows up.

He’s known for his authenticity, humor, contagious energy, kindness, and empathy. He teaches with a rare blend of executive sharpness and human warmth- the kind of facilitator who makes people feel safe enough to be honest, and strong enough to improve. He cares deeply about self-compassion and embracing imperfection, because he’s seen what happens when professionals feel they must “perform” identity instead of being real.

His mission is simple and powerful: to care for those who care - leaders, teams, and professionals carrying the weight of responsibility while trying to do right by people. And he genuinely lives it: students and clients describe him as someone who always goes the extra mile - focused not on theory, but on value, impact, and real-life application.

🎯Why He’s the Right Guide for This Course

Bridging the Global Divide isn’t about memorizing cultural etiquette or walking on eggshells. It’s about learning to communicate with dexterity and inclusion - so people feel respected and results still move forward.

Leroy is uniquely equipped to teach this because his work sits at the intersection of:

  • Cross-cultural leadership in real global environments

  • Negotiation and mediation under high stakes

  • Psychological safety and mental health leadership

  • Coaching-based communication that builds ownership—not compliance

  • Practical inclusion: “calling people in” with clarity and care

He doesn’t teach people to “change who they are.” He teaches them how to adapt behavior without losing identity - the heart of Global Dexterity and inclusive leadership.

And his personal story brings it full circle: Leroy and his family immigrated to Canada eight years ago with only suitcases and hope - no job, no network, no safety net. They built from scratch, and today support organizations across 35+ countries in the Americas and 40+ in Europe. He understands belonging not as a concept - but as a lived journey.
