Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • All bookings must be made at least 21 days in advance to allow for proper preparation. • No refunds will be issued for cancellations; however, we guarantee the class will proceed regardless of the number of participants. Class Details • Our sessions are conducted live via Zoom, ensuring an interactive and engaging learning experience. • Camera Requirement: To foster a collaborative and immersive environment, participants are required to have their cameras turned on throughout the session. If special circumstances prevent this, please reach out to our Booking Team in advance to discuss accommodations. • No recordings will be provided, and participants are strictly prohibited from recording or capturing audio/video during the session to maintain privacy and uphold the integrity of the training. Best Practices for Participation: • Device Recommendation: Use a desktop or laptop computer for the best experience. Participation via mobile devices, Linux, or Chromebook is not supported. • No Participation from Moving Vehicles: It is strictly prohibited to join the session from a moving vehicle. • Internet Requirements: A minimum of 4 Mbps download and upload speed is required. A wired internet connection is highly recommended for stability. Test your speed here: Internet Speed Test. • Audio Equipment: Participants must be prepared to use an audio device. A high-quality USB headset is recommended. Avoid relying on internal computer microphones and speakers. Participation Requirements • Computer Specifications: o Windows & Mac: 2GHz or faster processor, 8GB RAM, with the most recent operating system and web browser installed. o Participation via Linux or Chromebook is not supported. • Audio & Video Requirements: o Participants are required to use a webcam and microphone throughout the session. o Avoid using wireless headphones if possible to ensure audio quality. Participant Conduct • Participants must join from a quiet and suitable location that allows full engagement in the training activities. • Failure to meet the participation and attendance requirements may result in removal from the session.
